Tri-State Presents: 2026 Spring NASFAA Student Eligibility Credential Training

Greetings!

The DC chapter of Tri-State presents the spring 2026 NASFAA Student Eligibility Credential Training! This is an in-person event at Howard University.

During this Student Eligibility credential training, you will learn pertinent information required for students to receive federal financial aid. The range of topics to be discussed includes:

• General Concepts of Student Eligibility
• Criteria Checked Via the Application Process
• Criteria Checked and Monitored by the School
• Educational Coursework and Programs Affecting Student Eligibility and Changes in Eligibility 

When: Friday, February 20, 2026

Time: 9:00am (approximately 4 hours)

Where: Howard University School of Business Auditorium Room 235

Parking: Street parking is available with hourly meters enforced.

Parking is also available all day ($10.30) at the Howard Center- 2235 8th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. Once you click this parking link, navigate to the “Visitor Parking” tab for payment at the Howard Center location or pay at the gate once you arrive on site.

Food: Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
