American Education Services (AES) - The official FFELP Guarantor for the State of Delaware, with offices also serving Maryland and the District of Columbia.
SFA Download - This new site allows you to download current versions of Department of Education software. You can also download technical references, install guides, and some archived versions of software from this easy-to-use site. All future releases of ED software will be available here so you don't have to wait for mailed disks.
Bulk Publication Ordering System - This site allows you to order bulk publications, as well as check on previous orders. Available publications include FAFSAs, Student Guides, Spanish FAFSAs, and Spanish "Funding Your Education" (Como Pagar Su Educacion) booklets. You will need to enter your school's 8-digit OPE ID to log on to this site.
Campus-Based Program Materials - The FISAP Form and Instructions, the Perkins Cohort Default Rate Booklet, the Notification of Campus-Based Final Funding for Federal Work-Study (FWS), Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), and Federal Perkins Loan Programs (FPLP) Default Status Report are available here.
NSLDS Online - With your NSLDS Online user ID and password you can view Student Status Confirmation Report (SSCR), financial aid transcripts, information on status of borrowers and payment information. You can also update SSCRs and aid payment information.
RFMS/Pell Grant Online - Destination Point Administrators signed up for Pell processing can access this site with their Pell Online user ID and password. Administrators can check their authorization monies online.
Direct Loan Information - This site includes Direct Loan bulletins, newsletters, regulations, and a list of regional client account managers and their phone numbers, as well as conference registration and session information.
SFA Tech- The SFA Technical Support site lists useful information about Department of Education software. Software tips, FAQ's, system information, and software feedback sections are available. Sign up for the SFA Tech listserve and you will receive daily messages about ED software issues.
Federal Student Aid Programs Online Application - Use this site to submit initial applications to participate in Title IV programs, recertify existing PPAs, and submit updates, such as changes of ownership and address changes. To log on to this site you should use your school's OPE ID as a user name and its EIN as a password.
Quality Assurance Program - This program helps schools examine their aid delive~ systems and develop new and innovative approaches to financial aid processing.
