We plan to close out the school year by having a Virtual Food Drive in conjunction with the Maryland Food Bank. More details will be coming in Spring 2010. One final note: I want to congratulate the Maryland Committee for all their hard work for both 2008-09 and 2009-10. At this year's Fall Conference our committee was recognized for Committee of the Year. Also, our very own Pat Shoemaker and Beth McSweeney were recognized as Volunteers of the Year. Pat Shoemaker received a second award for Service. I am proud of our whole team and we hope to make an impact in Tri-State. We are always looking for new members to join! Please contact me if you are interested in joining!
