The Professional Development and Training Committee is working hard on our first event to kick off this year, the Neophyte Conference. With all of the changes and re-arranges in the industry this is a great time for those that are new to our industry to learn it all. Neophyte is October 11-16 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. We are also planning the additional training offerings for the year so if you have any suggestions we would definitely love to have them. We want to make sure that we respond to the needs of our members.
