Spring Conference Report

This year's Spring Conference held in Annapolis, MD was a very enjoyable
and informative time for everyone. The topics ranged from updating your
policies and procedures to enhancing the image of your financial aid
office on campus. We also received a legislative update to let us know
what is going on in our industry and how we can cope with all of the
upcoming changes. The presentation materials will be on the Tri-state
listserv very soon. Stay tuned for more upcoming training opportunities
from the Professional Development and Training Committee.
