Andrea Cipolla, Technology Specialist at the University of Baltimore, was presented the Service Award at the Fall Conference. This award is given by the Association annually to a regular or associate member in good standing, who, through active participation on Association Committees or other organized activities, has contributed to the betterment of the Association in one or more of the following ways:

• increasing member participation,
• enhancing the image of the Association within the financial aid, secondary school, and/or higher education communities, or
• promoting professional development of the membership.

Andrea does an excellent job working as the Co-Chair of the Professional Development and Training Committee and is probably best known for her responsibilities with the annual Neophyte Workshop.
