There are two main goals for the Electronic Services Committee for 2005-06:

1. Consistency and accuracy – We have been working very hard to update all of the information provided on www.dedcmdasfaa.org. If you see any inconsistencies or out-of-date information on the site, please let me know (gbonfardine@amsa.com) so it can be fixed as soon as possible.
2. Automate as much as possible – We are hoping to automate any and all registrations, payments, evaluations and surveys as possible.

Remember that there are many services available to members on the website. You can look at position announcements as well as post open positions at your school. You can also send e-mail messages to all of the membership through the listserv. A relatively new and underutilized function is the member Search function. You can search the membership directory and even print it if you’d like. When you search the directory, you can do so to find a particular person, or you can search on other criteria – for example, if you’d like to search for others who have a particular job responsibility you can do that too. This is a very powerful tool – be sure to update your profile often and encourage others to do so as well.
